Ty values a life of being responsive to God’s direction. As a result, he was led to accept his role on the World Orphans Board of Directors in 2008. Working for a large corporation in the area of investment and risk management, Ty has been instrumental in providing leadership and steering for World Orphans over the years.

Brian accepted Christ in February 2004, and by July of that year, he found himself on the mission field in the slums of Nairobi, Kenya. A few years later, through an old friend, Brian was introduced to World Orphans and accepted his role on the Board of Directors. He currently is an in-house lawyer for BB&T, which allows him to provide tremendous insight and direction for World Orphans.

Mark joined the World Orphans Board of Directors in 2008 and has constantly provided key direction and support for the ministry of World Orphans. Mark, now retired, previously held careers as an executive for a cable television company and as an owner of a small cable system business. He and his wife, Mary Ann, live in Larkspur, Colorado. They are blessed with one son, two daughters, and seven grandchildren.

Jan is a Senior Partner at Deloitte Consulting with over 30 years of experience guiding global and domestic private and publicly held companies in the development and implementation of enterprise-wide systems and processes designed to enhance shareholder value and enable the achievement of critical corporate objectives. Jan joined the World Orphans Board of Directors in 2019.

Scott has been with World Orphans since 2006. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and has done seminary coursework. Prior to World Orphans, he spent 15 years in the insurance industry. He has traveled to 25 different countries during his time with World Orphans. He and his wife have one son and three daughters, two of whom are adopted. They live in Elizabeth, Colorado.

Lance joined the World Orphans team in 2010 after serving as the treasurer of Household Credit Services and the executive director of Creekside Church. With a unique understanding of financial integrity in Christian ministry, Lance felt called to help maintain World Orphans strong reputation for financial credibility. Lance formerly served on staff and now serves on the World Orphans Board of Directors.
