As missions teams from around the world continue to respond to the needs of Haiti, short-term housing is a necessity for these visiting missionaries.
World Orphans Haiti guest house, located in Port Au Prince, has housed teams from various churches and organizations, but to run this ministry effectively, WO searched for a couple to manage the property.

In a recent staff e-mail WO announced that Ted and Rebecca Barlow from Lake Pointe, Texas accepted the position.

“Ted and Rebecca have been tracking with World Orphans for some time now, are adoptive parents, and currently lead the orphan care initiative at their home church Lake Pointe in Texas – which is also the home church for Billy and Dawn Ray (WO regional directors, Iraq),” said Scott Vair, VP of projects, in an e-mail.

“Ted and Rebecca are beginning their support raising efforts and will move to Haiti once funds allow,” he said.
