Stories of hope

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope. Romans 15:13

Ever wonder how you can help an orphan? How about 153 million? It’s overwhelming, we know. Here’s the good news: You can make a difference! Run or walk with us on Saturday, October 13, 2012, at the inaugural World Orphans Rescue Run 5K.
This year’s races will be held in three cities:

  • Castle Rock, Colorado
  • Dallas, Texas
  • Knoxville, Tennessee

Each race features a scenic 5K course, prizes for top finishers, FREE kids fun run, finish line expo, and kids festival with activities and games for the entire family.

Not a runner? That’s OK! You can walk at your own pace with your family, friends or team.

The Rescue Run is a national 5K race series created to raise global awareness and inspire people to help rescue orphans and break the cycle of poverty, HIV/AIDS, child trafficking, and slavery in developing countries.

Through personal relationships with friends, churches, and retailers, individuals and race teams can make a difference in the fight to end the worldwide orphan crisis.  Pledge to raise $100, and you can register for FREE!

Our fundraising goal for The Rescue Run series is $20,000 to help orphaned and abandoned children around the world.
